By purchasing shipping insurance, your order is protected in case it's lost in transit, arrives damaged, or fails to deliver. 

Shipping insurance claims must be initiated within 30 days of last tracking scan. 

If your claim is approved and the product for replacement is sold out, you will be issued a refund instead.

Shipping insurance is non-refundable.
