Warranty Details
Protection
The Warranty protects against manufacturing defects that may have been overlooked by our Quality Assurance Team. The warranty is valid 6 months from the date of purchase. The warranty does not protect against theft or abuse (example, a clip breaking as a result of an act of negligence).
Limited to one replacement per product. Alternation or abuse voids this policy.
Warranty does not apply on:
- Products purchased at a 50% discount or above
- Products purchased or received at $0 value
The warranty is applicable on claw clips, including:
- Daily Clip
- Soul Clip
- Demi Clip
- Sculpt Clip
- Mini Daily Clip
All other products are replaceable if defective upon arrival (14 days).
We reserve the right to deny claims that we believe are abusing this policy.
Initiating a Claim
To initiate a Warranty claim, please submit here. Please do not dispose of any defective items as we may require them to be shipped back to our warehouse; being unable to do so will void the Warranty.
If your product is out of stock at the time the claim is approved, a store credit for the value will be issued.
