Warranty Details
Protection
The Warranty protects against manufacturing defects that may have been overlooked by our Quality Assurance Team. The warranty does not protect against theft or abuse (example, a clip breaking as a result of an act of negligence).
Limited to one replacement per product. Alternation or abuse voids this policy.
Warranty does not apply on
- Archive Sale purchases
- Warehouse Sale purchases
- Products purchased at a 50% discount or above
- Products purchased or received at $0 value
The warranty is applicable on:
- Daily Clip
- Soul Clip
- Demi Clip
- Sculpt Clip
- Mini Daily Clip
All other products are replaceable if defective upon arrival.
We reserve the right to deny claims that we believe are abusing this policy.
Initiating a Claim
To initiate a Warranty claim, please email support@kovessentials.com with your order numbers, photos of the damage, and an explanation of how it occurred. Please do not dispose of any defective items as we may require them to be shipped back to our warehouse; being unable to do so will void the Warranty.
Once the Warranty claim is approved by our team, we will send a discount code that will apply as a credit for the value of the defective clip.

At this time, we're unable to reimburse shipping on warranty claims.
