Warranty Details
Policy
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and is valid for 6 months from your delivery date, limited to one replacement per product.
What's covered
All claw clip styles: Daily Clip, Soul Clip, Demi Clip, Icon Clip, Banana Clip, Muse Clip, Sculpt Clip, Mini Daily Clip, and Mini Demi Clip. All other products are eligible for replacement if found defective within 14 days of delivery.
What's not covered
Damage resulting from use, misuse, or environmental exposure - including broken springs, rust, or wear over time. Alteration or abuse of the product voids this warranty. We are not responsible for incidental defects that occur as a result of how a product is used or stored.
How to claim
Defective items must be reported within 14 days of delivery for a direct replacement. After that period, submit a warranty claim for review.
This warranty applies to purchases made at kovessentials.com only. For items purchased through an authorized retailer, please contact them directly.
We reserve the right to deny claims we determine to be in violation of this policy.
Initiating a Claim
To initiate a Warranty claim, please submit here. Please do not dispose of any defective items as we may require them to be shipped back to our warehouse; being unable to do so will void the Warranty.
If your product is out of stock at the time the claim is approved, a store credit for the value will be issued.
