Replacement Promise

Kōv Essentials warrants all claw clips against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of delivery. If your clip breaks due to a manufacturing defect within that period, we'll replace it at no charge.

This covers: breakage or failure resulting from a defect in materials or workmanship.

This does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage from misuse, improper care, or accidental damage.

To submit a claim, visit our Replacement Promise Portal with your order number and a photo of the defective item. Approved claims receive a replacement of the same or equivalent product. If the original product is no longer available, a store credit for the full product value will be issued instead. No returns or refunds are issued under this program.

Please note: One claim per unit purchased. This warranty does not apply to items purchased at 50% off or more, or items received at no charge.

This warranty applies to purchases made directly through kovessentials.com on or after June 23, 2026 (prior to this date is 6-month claim period). Products purchased through retail partners are covered by the retailer's return and exchange policy.

Kōv Essentials reserves the right to refuse or revoke warranty claims at our discretion, including in cases of suspected abuse of this program.

To initiate a Warranty claim, please submit here. Please do not dispose of any defective items as we may require them to be shipped back to our warehouse.
