Shipping & Returns
We do our best to ship your orders out as quickly as possible; we generally ship within 1-2 business days, however due to large influxes of orders, processing can occasionally take 3-5 business days.
Please note that when placing an order with a pre-order item, the order will ship together once the pre-order item has come back in stock.
Kōv is not responsible for parcels once they are scanned as delivered by our carrier.
Kōv does not charge any applicable taxes or duties imposed by the customs and revenue authorities in the destination country. Payment of duties or taxes are buyer responsibility; we unfortunately cannot control these fees.
Kōv is happy to offer full returns, less initial shipping charges.
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please reach out to us at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Return shipping is buyer responsibility - please purchase a label with tracking through your preferred carrier (at this time we will only accept returns dropped off via carrier service).
Please note that Kōv is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Returns must be shipped within 10 days of being marked delivered for a full refund back onto the original payment method.
Returns shipped after 10 days will be issued a store credit.
After 30 days, we will no longer accept returns.
All items must be returned in their original state with no signs of wear.
All sale orders are FINAL SALE; orders placed using a promotional code are eligible for store credit only.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Parcels
Returned-to-sender or refused parcels will be issued store credit less initial shipping & return shipping costs, given there was no error made on our end.
All orders (including pre-order) are FINAL - we do not accept order cancellations or modifications as we work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
Please ensure you are certain before submitting your order.
All products have a 30-day warranty, effective the date of delivery.
If your piece breaks, snaps, or is damaged in any way, we will send a replacement out. For all warranty claims, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the replacement piece is out of stock, we will issue a store credit for the value of the item.
